It’s been a while hasn’t it?! LOL Well today we (myself, Kristine and Mindi) have a collab freebie for ya (sorry i’m a tad late – big night last night)! We started this off as a store collab, but as much as we originally liked the swatch, our mojos apparently didn’t….. So, we decided to do away with the store collab and give it away instead!! Instantly cheered us up, and hey, if ya have to give something away to make it work, then so be it!

I just had to post this – this sweet, spunky, hunk of man, Billy Currington, could sing to me anytime at all… His voice is so smooth and sexy, i could listen to it all day (and very nearly have today! Not for me, but for my Aussie friend Sharlene – aka Charlies Digiscraps! She’s been sweatin’ it out for weeks now to get her new blog up and running, and boy it looks fab!
….to be deaf. For the last few days i have had a sore right ear. Came outta nowhere, and was kind of a blind pimple type pain. Bearable. But come yesterday, OMG, i woke and had this shooting pain through my ear every minute or two….not nice at all – it was almost as bad as toothache, and THAT is even worse than childbirth! LOL I also had this feeling of water in my ear and it wouldn’t come out. My earhole is so swollen, like, i can’t even get a tiny cotton bud in there it’s so fat. I woke this morning (after a shit of a night reheating the heat pack every hour and putting my ear on it to ease the pain) and i’m deaf – i cannot hear a thing out of that ear, and it has this watery stuff leakin’ out. So now i’m worried, i’m thinking if i don’t get this fixed, maybe it’ll be permanent? So i manage to get an appt. with a doc in town (hard enough on a sunday without considering the hours drive in there with 3 kids in tow)….. and all she tells me is it’s infected and puts me on antibiotics. 1 hour trip in, to spend EXACTLY 3mins in the room, and then 1 hours drive home!! Not how i wanted to spend my sunday i tell ya…. On the upside of this ‘illness’, i’ve only been able to hear the girls fighting half as loud! BONUS!! LMAO
Anyhow, i shall have a freebie for ya when i’m feeling better (hopefully the A/B’s kick in by tonight and i can get rid of this stuffy feeling). Ciao!

I finally have a template to share with you! I’ve had miles of crap going on lately, and then i was away for a week for Mothers Day, but i’m sloooowly getting back to normal…. And in few days i’ll have some exciting news!!
Well, i didn’t make it to the 4th round of Capture the Flag at FPD. *sniff sniff* And i know it sounds a bit cliche, but i had a ball doing it, and learned sooo much, that i still feel like i got somewhere!! I truly didn’t even think i’d get to the 3rd round, so that’s something in itself…. The designers that are left are all awesome, and i can’t wait to see who gets a spot in the store! Good luck guys!
