In buying this product, you are entering into an agreement with Shannon McClure to use these items and the previews seen online for the uses per these Terms Of Use. Scrap for hire/others IS allowed.
PERSONAL USE
What you MAY DO:
* YOU MAY create pages for clients (S4H/S4O), as long as the finished product is passed on as a flattened or printed version and not sold in a layered format.
* YOU MAY alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrapbooking, personal blog/web design (so long as no more than 72ppi), card & hybrid scrapping.
* YOU MAY submit layouts or cards that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook or card making magazine or publication, physical or online, as long
as PROPER CREDIT IS GIVEN TO ME. This includes any images you may have altered.
* If you wish to use my free templates to create freebie QP’s, please contact me first.
What you MAY NOT DO:
* YOU MAY NOT claim these graphics as your own or alter them to claim as your own.
* YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.
* YOU MAY NOT Share these files. If you want to share my designs with others, please send them to the place where you purchased them.
* YOU MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD for sale.
COMMERCIAL USE
What you MAY DO:
* YOU MAY create custom greeting cards, candy wrappers, layouts, invitations and other printed materials for your customers provided that they are finished pieces.
This means that you may sell items that are printed but you may not sell a download or cd of any kind.
* YOU MAY use products incorporated into your designs to create kits/alphas/element packs etc. Please do more than recolour them – add a texture, overlay, bit of bling etc.
* YOU MAY use the graphics in your web design projects (so long as no more than 72ppi, and providing that proper credit is given on the website itself (ie. graphics by Little Miss Shazbutt). Family
friendly websites only. No indecent websites will be tolerated.
